Your items have shipped..... that is the best email to receive! We know you are excited to get your little ones into all of these great outfits. Here is what to expect for shipping.
Processing can take 2-5 business days and shipping is usually 3-5 business days. Everything is shipped via USPS first class and first class international. We will send an email when items have shipped with tracking information.
Please be patient during holiday seasons. It is worth the wait.
All orders are shipped from the USA. Once the order has shipped we are no longer responsible for the item. Tracking information will be sent in your shipping confirmation email. If the tracking shows that item has been delivered we can only assume that the item has been delivered. Please follow up with USPS with any package issues.
When purchasing more then one item you may receive multiple packages. This is so you can receive your items as fast as possible.
We are not responsible for items delivered to the wrong address. We use the address provided at check out. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing the order. If item has already shipped and you realize the address is wrong please contact your local post office.
We are not responsible for any extra fees,taxes etc. for customs in your country.
