We are unable to cancel orders or issue a refund once the item has been shipped.
Our policy lasts 7 days once you have received your item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to start your return process at email@example.com. Once you have contacted us we must receive your returned items within 10 days from that to process your return in a timely manner.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, as well as original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. A print out of the email confirmation is acceptable.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please contact us for address on where to send returns
We cannot offer a return if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 7 business days to be applied to your account depending on your card policy.
Note: You will be responsible for all return shipping fees. We will not reimburse for original shipping, duties or taxes. Note that returns will be credited in the same currency and same at the same exchange rate you as your original order.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
My Savvy Baby Boutique is committed to quality products. Any product with a quality defect can be returned for a full refund by contacting our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org to make arrangements to return the item to us by mail.
If you do not receive a response from your email sent to email@example.com in 3-5 business days please check to see that our mail is not being sent to your spam folder.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
